Conception Period

“a woman , when she is in labor ,has sorrow because her hour come; but as soon as she has given birth to the child , she has now given birth to the child , she no longer remembers the anguish, for joy that a human being has been born into the world.” John 16:21. As I was doing my morning devotion on Saturday, I came across this scripture that was complete confirmation for me in so many ways. The last few weeks I have been preparing for the launch of my new project I have been experiencing a lot of changes emotionally.  I have always found it very ironic but not a coincidence that whenever we are working on creating something new the level of disposition that we experience. Often times we may not be able to recognize what it is that we are experiencing or what it means. The amazing thing about life is that everything we do and every new chapter we begin in our lives relates right back to giving birth. The reality is our purpose in life is a gift from God that will require a lot of work and preparation. Just as we make preparation and carefully planning to bring a life in the world, we experience the exact same changes when it is time for us to enter into a new season of our life.

Are you ready to give birth to your purpose? very often we set out on a mission and we may not realize how big or important it is to seek God first and get in position. I will be the first to say that I have been guilty of acting first without seeking God.  I have had to learn some of the most difficult lessons the hard way because of that, but the one thing that I am sure of is that even in the midst of disfunction God will show up. The problem is many times we tend to ignore the signs and warnings, the beauty is that in all of our experiences there will be great lessons to learn. The trial and error period of our life is necessary and there will be times when we feel like it is not fair.  There will even be moments when we question ourselves or wonder what is that we have done to deserve such trials, our story was written before the day we were born. God knew all of our flaws but through it all he still blessed us with purpose. The adversities we face are apart of the process of growing and conceiving our purpose. life is not an easy road and it is definitely not a sprint; it is a lifelong marathon that requires a lot of patience and commitment.  It is important that we are praying first about everything and patiently waiting for God to guide us on the path that is for us.

Relax,
Slow Down
Breathe
Take It Easy
Enjoy Life
Smile.

In conclusion it is important that we are present to the timing and order of our lives. We do not know what each moment may bring, and we are not in control of the outcome in situations and know that it is okay. What we do know is that no day is promised or guaranteed so making the most out of every moment we are blessed with should be a priority. The love a mother feels after giving birth makes the nine months of preparation and pain felt during birth worth it. It is the same for our life’s purpose it is important that we remain present to the fact that there will be a moment of conception and a period of preparation that we will have to go through before we can give birth to our purpose. Mistakes will be made, doubt may be present, fear will set in, but loving yourself and trusting God’s plan is key to thriving in life. Today can be the day you choose to make a commitment to living your life in purpose with pure joy and fulfillment. Being open to the constant changes in life knowing that nothing lasts forever the tough times are temporary. Life is precious your dreams are special, and your journey is your story to tell to help heal and inspire another to hold on and work through their storms.

I Promise

Promise Yourself Better And Never Look Back.

I am committed to living my best life ever a life filled with peace, joy, love, honesty, consistency, health and wealth. I promise to be obedient to God’s word I will move when he tells me to and sit still when he commands me to. For I know the plans he has for my life and I understand what he expects of me. I will walk by faith and not by sight, I will not be led into temptation that compromises my peace and happiness. I will not live in the past I will forgive all that needs to be forgiven and let go of what no longer needs to be held on to. I will be honest with the people I love and most importantly honest with myself. I will make time to show the people in my life how much I love and appreciate them. I will dedicate time to love on myself more and commit to working on me. I promise to live a life that is pleasing to God and fulfilling to my soul. I will walk that walk and talk that for I understand that my life is not my own.  I will lead by example and not with my words my actions mean more than the words I speak.  I am grateful for my life and its entirety I am focused on positivity and growth nothing and no one can stop me on this mission of self-growth and empowerment. This I promise and in this I will live anything or anyone that is not in alignment can no longer be present on my journey. Yesterday is gone tomorrow is uncertain today is present I must start living whole and free. I promise to be better and never look back.

I am confident in my abilities to succeed, to inspire, and grow to my full potential. I am in control of the thoughts I conceive; I am responsible for my actions whether they add value or not I must take ownership. I am creating boundaries that  will create solutions that will break cycles and patterns that has not been  serving me . I am committed to being connected to myself mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I am mindful of who I was and who I am becoming, I am willing to let go of the past and walk into the future confidently. In this present moment I am committed to mastering self and understanding what is required of me in order to achieve the goal I have set. I am an extraordinary being on a path that I was destined for, there is no accident or coincidence in where I am today.

I surrender

How often when you were growing up and even in your adult life have you heard that life is a learning experience? Every waking moment in our lives we are always being tested and there are new lessons to learn daily. I believe some of the most valuable lessons are the ones learned about ourselves, it is important that we know who we are and who we are being.  The truth is our relationships and experience are connected to who we are being and the thoughts that we are having. How often are you doing a self-check on your thoughts? self-check is very important and beneficial to one’s well-being. It becomes very easy to be so distracted by adversities, our worries, and all priorities outside of our selves.  The real question we should ask ourselves is how many times has neglecting our needs and losing sight of what is important to our health added any benefit to our lives. The desire to help others rooted within and tied to the desire of taking care of ourselves, if we are disconnected from self, If we are neglecting our needs, it becomes impossible to serve others effectively.

Consistency is key, we must always practice being consistent in every area of our lives. Nothing in life is free everything worth having is worth working for, fighting for, and waiting for but we must also learn when to recognize what is draining our energy and distracting us. I would consider stress to be a silent present killer, and for some people it becomes their death sentence. These last few weeks I was battling with hormonal changes and unbalance, and in addition I was allowing myself to be so stressed about a very important project that I have been working on. I was present that I was not feeling my best self but instead of attending to my needs I ignored all signs. I was so busy telling myself how much time I didn’t have and how much work I needed to do, until my body and my mind shut down completely last Thursday morning. I woke up hours later than usual time I felt paralyzed and stuck in the bed, I had little to no appetite which led to me not eating all day. The reason why I was so stressed in the first place was from the frustration of seeking a solution to a challenge that I was faced which had me clueless and feeling powerless. Thursday evening as I continue to go through my very weary day, I heard a voice instruct me to get up take some action up until that point I had no idea on how to fix the problem I was faced with. The lesson I learned in that is that God is always protecting us and when we refuse to listen, He will take severe actions to sit us down restore us and provide us with the answers we need and the strength to push through. That day turned around and even ended with a powerful prayer of comfort from my sister-friend in that moment I was grateful and also reminded that God will always surround us with prayer warriors when we are just too defeated to pray for ourselves.

Once We Surrender Our Mind To God Completely . He Will Take Care Of Us In Every Way.

In closing I would like to urge everyone to always remember to listen to your bodies and call on God in the midst of the storms of life. it is important that we begin to practice praying more and stress less, life is constantly changing, we are always evolving and with every new level and progress made comes with new struggles. They key is in knowing that everything that we experience we already have what it takes to overcome them, but we first have to surrender and allow God to be in complete control. I am committed to not only being present to my needs but to take preventative measure to remain in the best space mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritual. We will declare that starting where I am right now, I am committed to be my number one priority, I am willing to invest the time that I need to restore, recharge, and reset. I am aware that I am no good to the world or my visions and the plans God has for my life if I am not taking care of me. I will seek clarity through Christ through all of my circumstances, I will not lean unto my own understanding. I am allowing God to continue to prepare me for my destiny and fil me with peace and joy as I go through life with confidence even in the midst of my storms.

Vibrate Higher In God's Love

May The Lord Show You His Favor and Give You His Peace . Numbers 6:26

“Don’t worry about anything; instead pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all that he has done” Philippians 4:6. How often do you pray, do you know how to pray? Through many conversations I often hear a lot of people including myself at one point say we do not know how to pray. As I grew older and spiritually, I learned that it was not that I didn’t know how to pray, I used to allow myself to be intimidated by the examples of what prayer should be which I take complete responsibility for. I had to really get present and gain the understanding that God is not seeking perfection when we seek him, my prayer did not have to be like anyone else’s prayers because individually we all have our own relationship with God. God’s love is universal but each and everyone is on their own unique journey with the same source of strength. Prayer is our way to communicate with God, there is no limit on how often we should pray and there is certainly no crime in talking to him daily. It is important that along with just a general conversation we do set aside time to worship and connect with Him no matter what mistakes we make or how many times we fall short.

I remember times when I would always give myself reasons not to make time to worship, my reasons may have been valid to people but what I forgot was that God’s love has no judgement. There will never be any valid reasons or situations that should ever keep us away from God. The blessing is that He loves and accepts us for who we are right now and who he created us to be, and he has never left us even when we have forgotten about him. There were many times in my life that I can recall God showing up for me and I would feel guilty because I know that I was undeserving many times of his blessings. The more He continued to love me the more I prayed for Him to continue to work on me internally and externally. I learned that I had to be patient with myself and understand that I cannot judge my success in my spiritual journey based on anyone else’s walk. It was a personal experience that I needed to be present to learn things about myself, I began to trust in his word more, and I learned to be still and listen. The reason why most of us struggle through our spiritual journey is we skip the step of being patient, praying and expecting immediate answers or changes. When we pray, we must believe that it will be done but not on our time But in God’s time which is always perfect and on time. The more we practice communicating with God every day will be a test it will never get easy, but you will grow in faith and God will provide you with what you need to sustain.

In closing the most important thing that we must all remember is that life is filled with lots of trial and errors, if we fall know that we are still worthy enough to get back up and try again. We only fail the moment we stop having faith and stop working for everything that we ask God for. The most important commitment we have is to ourselves and living for God, everything else is a bonus. I am challenging everyone reading today to invest time in learning the word of God and growing closer with him in prayer and worship. There is nothing too hard for Him and everything we ask of him will answered according His plans and timing for our lives. We must always be quick to lean on God with all of our worries, our questions, our fears, and all of our plans.Dear lord today I ask that you walk with me, talk with me, and guide me daily, help me to remain calm in trusting your will and your way. Help me to be receptive to your ways of teaching and I thank you for every blessing in disguise that I experience. I ask that you continue to heal and restore me through all my challenges may I be confident in your promises that I can hold on to your peace Amen. In everything that we do, and experience daily remember to always maintain an attitude of gratitude.

Take A Stand For Your Life

I always found it ironic that we will settle for a job that causes us to compromise our time and free will, with little to no fulfillment if any but we are most terrified to take risks to experience a life that we love. How do you achieve your goals by doing the same things without changing and taking risks to produce new results? There is no success in fear and success does not come without sacrifices, the reality is most people are not willing to sacrifice their comfort zones for the unknown. The should have, could have, would have song is one that we all know very well and have sung many times when we fail to take advantage of opportunities presented to us. Often many people’s reason for not taking risks is they are afraid of the unknown, My answer to that is everyday is the unknown. We do know what each day holds, our jobs, our home, our cars, and life in general is the unknown because you never know what is coming next. The truth is the there is no security in our jobs even with a degree and qualifications at any moment you can be laid off, fired, or even worse be subject to a pay cut. Without realizing it trusting and relying only on your set income is a risk because if the worst-case scenario presents itself your family is not secured. There is nothing wrong with having a steady income the issue is in settling for just that. The human mind is very unique an we all are blessed the skills of survival, but we are also blessed with the ability to thrive and live a life we love with complete joy and fulfillment.

The fear we focus on prevents us from being the CEO of our lives and a lot of the time we have to know when it is time to take inventory of our mental and physical space, circle of influences, and finances. We must know when It is time to fire old habits, people that are not adding value, and fill those positions with what we need. The one thing that most people aspire to have is time and free will to what they want and what they love daily. Last week my husband had a week off from work and we committed to investing time to create memories and enjoying each other. This week had me present to how much time we lose with the people we love and inspired me to work a little smarter and aggressively to take off In business. One day at a time I am focused on making each day count, when I think about the cost of giving up the only option, I have is to deliver.so often on our journey we forget that our purpose is bigger than us and so we must become selfless in our approach. Showing up because we have a commitment and not because we may or may not feel like it depends on the day or the weather. As a life coach balancing my personal life and showing up for others can be a challenge but it is a challenge that I am willing to take on. The question we must all be wiling to ask ourselves is how important is the thing that we pursue and is it just about instant gratification, or are you committed to making a difference?

Pray, Then Let It Go, Don’t Try
And Manipulate Or Force
The Outcome. Just Trust God
To Open The Right Doors
At The Right Time Amen.

In closing I want to remind you all that everything and anything is possible if we believe and have faith to take the first steps and never quit stepping no matter how difficult your days may be. We all have what it takes succeed there is nothing more extraordinary than a successful person and a person that is not the only difference is in the choice. Success is a choice it does not happen by luck or chance; in everything we do God already knows our plans and already knows our destiny. We never have to walk in fear when we trust in God to guide and protect us on all of our endeavors.  The choice is yours to make will you choose to walk in your purpose fearlessly or continue to settle with excuses for your life?  Knowing your worth and believing that we were created for greatness is the first steps to claiming your crown as the king/queen God created you to be. The only thing guaranteed is God’s promise and love for us that we can whole heartedly trust and be confident in. The past does not limit our ability to change and grow but we must begin take one step at a time day by day, no one said you had to be perfect to start but you must get started to be great. I dear you to walk in confidence for the grace of God surrounds you in everything you desire and dream of, but most importantly include Him in everything you do by committing all your plans on to God first.
