Today, I will take responsibility for myself and show it to others by not allowing myself to be victimized. I cannot control outcomes, but I can control my attitude toward being victimized. I am not a victim; I do not deserve to be victimized. – The language of letting go by Melody Beattie. I shared this message today because through my own experience and through connecting and listening to other people’s testimonies I have learned that it is very easy to become a victim to our journey. What do I mean by becoming a victim to our journey, we fail to accept things as apart of the experience instead we get discouraged and allow it to be our reason to not to thriving? There is such a thing called a valid excuse, and what that means is yes, the experience may be difficulty enough to break anyone but with the right perspective and attitude we can allow it not to win the battle, we are never given more than we can handle. The issue most people are not willing to fight to win they would rather win without any sacrifice or obstacles what that often looks like is one settling for less by taking a less challenging route.
There was a point in my life where a light bulb went off in my head and I got clear that just because we believe we are taking an easier route through life it does not mean it is cheaper. It is more expensive when you sacrifice peace, freedom, a life if fulfillment, and having true success and happiness. Believe it or not taking on challenges head on is priceless and a valuable life experience that will take us to new levels. The only way to get present to this is by getting out of our own way to understand that everything is not about us our purpose and mission in life is bigger than us .The purpose that God placed inside of each and every one of us is magical and what may seem impossible to most your drive and faith in God makes it all possible. We must wake up and realize just who we are, who we were created by and what we were created to do in this life, time waits on no one and nothing in life is a guarantee aside from death.
My question today is when will you begin to own your power, own your glow, and allow the magic within to shine, when will you begin to understand and appreciate your divinity. One of my favorite quotes by Dr. Wayne Dyer is “we are spiritual beings having a human body experience”, we are not limited by our physical abilities we have a greater advantage through our spiritual connections with God that allows us to transcend beyond. Invest time in learning how to transcend beyond your physical abilities believing in the thigs we cannot see with our eyes but with our hearts and spiritual growth. Right now, where we are is the perfect time to take charge of our lives and not being a victim to the bumps and bruises that will come along the way. Take a stand to picking yourself back up dust your shoulders off, choose happiness and to thrive, never being fearful or apologetic about how you own your magic and share it with the world. We were all created live freely, vibrate higher, be true to ourselves and be unapologetically happy.
