Solution Creator
/Are you a problem solver or a solution-oriented individual? problem solving is much more complicated and takes way too much energy especially when focused on the things you have no control over. What if we invested more time in becoming solution oriented, meaning knowing and accepting what the situation is but choose to focus only on how to move forward to elevate. Problem solving can sometimes become dwelling because to solve a problem you must spend time analyzing the problem and going over the details multiple times before concluding. If we were to take some time to calculate how much time we have lost trying to fix where the damage is already done we will learn that was more than enough time that we could have set our intentions on creating a new result. If can we develop the mindset and skill to get over situations in the same moment that they happen the more time we will have to recreate limitless possibilities. If at first you fail there is always room to try again, take on the process of elimination, okay this way was not a success what can I do different, do more of, or less of to get the results we are aiming for.
I have found it very puzzling that most people spend every moment regretting things and constantly dwelling on areas in their life they consider to be not successful. A failed attempt is not a failure it is getting the knowledge of what works and what does not a simple opportunity to collect information and experience. The more we learn is the more experience we must take on future obstacles that may be even bigger than the last one. What I believe most people forget and even me sometimes is the one fact that life is always happening adversities are always going to come our way, what matters is our perception of the situation. Meaning if we view our obstacles as another blessing in disguise, what that does is create an open mindset that if there is a bump along the way we are instantly looking to find the lesson. Finding the lesson that we needed to progress to the next step. Always keep in mind for every new level there is a new level of challenges to face if you are not being challenged then you are simply not growing.
I want to encourage everyone to take on something that I have read about and learned from personal experiences that has been very beneficial and life changing. Seeing nothing as a problem and believing that everything that happens is meant to guide us not break us, know that we have the power to decide how we control the situations. Problems do not exist problems are created through our thoughts and the way we perceive things; the moment challenges are present we tend to take them personal and make them mean something about us. The first step to becoming solution oriented is first being open to all possibilities, secondly not taking anything personal, and lastly see nothing as a problem only see opportunities and room from growth. At first the thought of growth always seems very challenging the key to committing is when we change our mindset to develop a no matter attitude. What that looks like is each day setting our intentions for the day with a whole lot of action to get the job done. Be apart of the solution and not the problem creator or wasting time being busy solving problems that were self-creating, focus only taking the necessary actions to go forward.
