In life we all have and will experience really dark moments that may have a heavy impact on how we move forward in life. The hurt we experience comes in all different forms and from many different directions, from parents, friendships, and family we all go through many phases of growing pains, love, and lifelong lessons to appreciate. The truth is in everything we experience It is our perception of the what has happened that dictates how we react and move forward. There is a real spiritual ware fare that becomes present when we begin to operate out of fear and placing everyone we meet in the same category. Everyone is not the same and everyone is not on a mission to hurt you, the reality is we play a huge part in our experiences as well. Everything and everyone we have experienced we have attracted, and it is our responsibility to learn what role we played in our experiences. The idea of taking responsibility is perceived by most people as a declaration between who is wrong and who is right. This is where losing the idea of who is wrong or right and focus on what is working for us and what is not so that we can make the necessary changes come into play. No man or woman is an island we were not created to be alone the secret to building great relationships is through spiritual growth and transform to trust that God will give us what we need and who we need to thrive together.
“If you change things will change’ the reality is if you want to attract new you must begin to change who you have always been and become the change you desire to see in the world. Like attracts like and when we shift our perspectives, change our attitudes we begin to change the atmosphere around as we begin to attract other like-minded people. Growing up I always knew I had a big heart I tend to love hard and I am very protective of the people I love. I always felt like I was continuously hitting a brick wall when it came to my friendships or even family alliance. A few weeks ago, I had to surrender and be honest and take responsible for who I was being and what I was accepting and in the same space expecting the opposite. I will have already received the signs and I know who a person is but yet I continue to hold on and work on relationships that were not adding value to my life. I had a reality check and I finally took responsibility for always placing expectations on people based on who I was to them. I took responsibility not because I felt like I was wrong, or the other person was wrong the reality is who I was being in those relationships were not working and I have to be willing to change it and let go. In letting go we cannot take our old experiences into new relationships and our past experiences should not change our heart and who we are as person.
Praying about everything and giving all of our worries to God is key, we do not have to move forward in fear and anger. We can give ourselves permission to trust and be open in all of our experiences and as we continue to ask God for the spirit of discernment and obedience. Pay attention to the signs to know how to move peacefully and protecting yourselves without being afraid to be your true authentic self. Letting go is not always easy but we must trust that when one door closes many will open and everything according to God’s plan for our life is perfect. There will be new bonds being formed and connections being build with people that are ready to love and appreciate who you are and what you have to offer. Allow God to clean house from what we think we wanted to replace it with healthy connections that are built on spiritual and solid foundations. Commit everything on to God consult with Him in everything that you are doing, and you will be amazed by how everything flows when God is in control. There is a natural flow when there is a great spiritual alignment that provides rewards us with a peace of mind that surpasses all understanding and joy.
