Creating Space For Prosperity And Peace

Are you the kind of person that spends more time trying to figure out and be in control of every situation in your life but invest little time in trusting God? I am grateful for mental and spiritual growth in my life presently, I remember being the type of person who was always so consumed with constantly trying to figure things out on my own. Writing was one of the things that helped me to cope with some difficult moments in my life, I used it as an outlet express my emotions. A lot of the times we get so wound up with life and all its ups and downs we forget how important it is to call on God and take action to decompress and not be frozen in worry or defeat. Instead what most of us do is continue to go through the daily motions without ever taking a moment to stop and release.

As full-time mother, a wife and working my business from home in the beginning there were some days that it felt impossible to get a moment to myself to breath and regroup. Currently there are a few different techniques I utilize to get those moments when needed, writing being one of them, being transparent about my struggles is a big one for me. Sharing connects me with people that are either experiencing the same struggle or has already overcome similar situations. Not only do I share my experience I like to share what my thoughts were and my process of coming up with solutions to move forward. I find joy and a sense of healing when I share with other women like myself   to help them understand that they are not alone, and you can get back up and do it all over again. I remain in gratitude for the ability and blessing from God to be able to freely express my fears, my weakness, and strengths through words that can possibly help someone else feel differently about their situation.

I want leave you guys with a few tips on how to set your intentions on creating space for peace and prosperity in your life. Aside from expressing our feelings and thought process I committed to making time to do things for me. I set aside a schedule to go the spa every other Sunday, going running and engaging with nature, going to a quiet place to read and be one with my mind.  Detoxing and Decompressing from life’s constant battles is important, making time to be restored and pray that God gives us peace in the midst of our storms it is necessary for our well-being. Did you know that when we are exhausted and, overwhelmed even if we are eating well and making it to work out routinely there will be a minimum to no results because our mind is carrying around too much bad weight and draining situations? Therefore, we cannot let not having time be an excuse to not take care of your mental health, our life could be a lot lighter if we make it a priority to protect our mind and our peace. The more we continue to collect and hold on to our struggles there will be no room for new things to manifest and no growth. Everything in life all comes down to choices and priorities, some of the very things we avoid and make no time for is the very thing that is needed to fuel your vibration and keep you grounded without the feeling of anxiety and frustration. Today I challenge you to think about some things you enjoy doing when you are overwhelmed also, think of the ways you could make space in your life for to take care of you as a whole and not partially. Try God his love and peace He gives to us is unmatched.
